Brij Mohan Garodia
He joined this family business after completing Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Connecticut, USA post graduating from prestigious engineering institution of India "Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra". The technical background helped build the company with a strong technical and administrative foundation with vision to understand customers' underlying expectations and needs instead of just selling the products. With more than 45 years of experience in design, manufacturing and implementation, Mr. Brij Mohan Garodia has been a strong mentor and guide for team IAC.
Adarsh Garodia
He is son of Mr. Brij Mohan Garodia and has been well groomed with the customer centric vision of his father and company's CMD Mr. Brij Mohan Garodia. Having completed his CFA from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, and with more than 25 years of experience in company affairs, he manages the company's Team Building, Growth, Administration and Finances. He has extensive knowledge of working with Power Utilities (both State and Central) in India and abroad.
